Executive Director & Instructor, Comienzos, Albuquerque NM 2007- Current
Responsible for day to day operations of the organization. This includes developing curriculum and teaching classes in Nonviolent Communication (in both English & Spanish) at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center. Additional responsibilities include monthly and weekly reporting, volunteer recruitment, facilitating peer supervision groups and overall program coordination.  

Facilitator,Conectando con la Vida, Alta Verapaz Guatemala 2011-Current
The core objective of this project, Conectando con la Vida, is to shift the quality of relationships between PROCOMIDA staff and the community members they aim to serve, to one that is more trusting, mutually respectful, and mutually responsive, resulting in greater collaboration in promoting the health, well being, and longevity of the entire PROCOMIDA provider/client community. More than simple skill training, the Conectando project intends to serve as an intervention that fosters a shift in the relationships between and among the field workers and clients involved in PROCOMIDA.

Facilitator,En Lace Comunitario, Albuquerque NM 2009-Current
Responsible for facilitating support groups (in both English & Spanish) for youth that have experienced domestic violence in there homes. My responsibilities include and not limited to mentoring youth one on one, tutoring, resolving conflict and mediation. Along with presenting varies material on violence and violence prevention.

Case Manager, New Mexico Conference of Churches, Albuquerque NM 2008-2010
The objective is to connect youth incarcerate with mentors and communities. Responsibilities include building relationships with youth, setting goals, supporting mentors and providing training's for mentors. Other duties include developing curriculum, managed case load, daily and monthly reporting. Also teach classes in Nonviolent Communication at the Juvenile Justice Center for youth on probation.

Instructor, Play in the Wild, Mount Shasta CA 2008- 2010
Responsibilities include recruiting youth, fundraising, curriculum design, lead treks and circle activities. Educated in wild life preserve and resolved conflict while on trek.

Web Developer & IT Coordinator, Center for Nonviolent Communication, Albuquerque NM 2006-2008
Designed and implemented all technical related solutions for the organization. Lead the development of an open source content management system to replace the proprietary based website. Responsible for maintaining technical related contracts and vender relations.
